Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the inStay website (getinstay.com) and the inStay mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by Sadeam (Essam Elhassanain), Egypt. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
What inStay is
inStay is an independent guide that helps guests understand what is included at large all-inclusive resorts — what's free, what costs extra, booking rules, hours, and directions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any hotel or resort. Resort and brand names are used only to identify the properties guests stay at.
Accuracy and your own judgment
We compile guides from official resort documents and recent guest reports, show when facts were last checked, and mark uncertainty honestly. But we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current, and we provide the Service "as is."
Purchases
Most of inStay is free. You may make a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full guide for a specific resort. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and prices may vary by region. A purchase unlocks that resort's guide on your account/device and can be restored on your devices. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. The full factual content on this website remains free.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by copying or redistributing our guides at scale, scraping the site, reselling the content, or attempting to disrupt the Service. You may of course use the guides personally for your own trip and share links.
Intellectual property
The inStay name, the compiled guides, written content, and design are owned by Sadeam and protected by applicable law. Factual information about a resort is not owned by us; our particular selection, wording, and presentation are.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadeam will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete the app. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, or these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app or here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
